All orders accepted by Belinda Bean Photography are subject to the following Terms & Conditions of Sale, which supersede any previous Terms & Conditions.

- This website and all images/photographs displayed therein are copyright of Belinda Bean, © Belinda Bean Photography 2010. All rights reserved. Reproduction, modification, distribution or replication of the photographs without the photographer’s express permission (including any attempt to print an image directly from the website, or to copy and appropriate a digital version of any image) is strictly prohibited under copyright law.
Use of this Website
- It is the user’s responsibility to check that the details of any orders placed using this website are correct before submitting the contents of an order basket to our payment system. Belinda Bean Photography can accept no responsibility for inaccurate orders made by the user.
- Should you notice a discrepancy in any correspondence sent to you after payment, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately.
- We can accept no responsibility for any emails (including order confirmation emails) that are directed to a users spam/junk mailbox. Please ensure you monitor your spam/junk mailbox after placing an order and mark any correspondence from beanphotography.co.uk as safe.
Payment
- Payment for your entire order must be received before printing begins.
- All payments are made via the online payment system unless otherwise arranged and confirmed with Belinda directly.
- Users must input correct payment details into the PayPal secure checkout. Any failure to do so may result in a delayed or cancelled order.
- PayPal processes all money transfers via their secure e-commerce system, therefore we can accept no liability for any payment errors incurred through actions beyond our control, but will endeavour to resolve any issues in the unlikely event of a problem.
- We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transaction.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order outside of the United Kingdom that has not arranged prior delivery arrangements/charges.
Sales Tax & Import Duty
- All prices include VAT, but when ordering from outside the UK an additional sales tax and/or import duty may be payable on your order. If in doubt please check with the relevant authorities before placing an order.
Delivery Times & Availability
- All items are subject to availability and we will inform you as soon as possible if any items you have ordered are not available.
- All orders will be dispatched within 14 days of purchase (wherever possible).
- Due to postal/customs systems or events beyond our control we can never guarantee delivery times. In the event we become aware of anything that might delay the processing or despatch of an order we will contact you immediately to inform you of such a delay.
- UK mainland orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We can accept no responsibility for items damaged whilst in transit.
Delivery Charges
- Charges vary depending on order. If local most prints are delivered by hand. Free delivery is for addresses within the UK mainland only.
Amending or Cancelling Your Order
- All photographs are printed to order and are therefore non-returnable. However, if you contact us before your order has been printed you have the right to cancel or amend your order. All delivery charges are non-refundable.
Screen to Print Inconsistency
- Every computer screen will display colour and tones in a slightly different way, and therefore Belinda Bean Photography cannot guarantee that the images displayed on screen will exactly match the print or canvas you receive in terms of colour or tone.
- All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, and exact specifications may vary slightly.
Print Variation
- The final size of each print is dependent on the aspect ratio of the photographed image. Sizes displayed are to the nearest mm or inch within a tolerance of 1cm.
Display and Care for your Prints
- Prints should be mounted and framed using a reputable local picture framing service. When choosing a display location for your prints or canvases avoid areas in direct sunlight and extremes in temperature or humidity. Belinda Bean Photography can accept no responsibility for any damage or degradation in quality of any print after delivery to the customer.
Archival Quality of the Prints
- All prints produced by Belinda Bean Photography are printed using genuine Canon inks and high quality photographic papers. Please see the quote below for information regarding the archival quality of these materials:
